New collaboration : A Belgian Beer Made in Singapore by a French guy..whaaaaaat?!??

It's the story of a French guy who spent a few years in Belgium before leaving for Asia. A few minutes after his plane took off he realised there was no way he could live without Belgian beers. In Singapore everything is expensive so I guess you can all imagine a Belgian beer costs pretty much the price of a King size golden bear. That's why he Started brewing his own beer from the memories and dreams he kept from Belgium.

"That's why he Started brewing his own beer from the memories and dreams he kept from Belgium. "

He called us to elaborate a concept and design an illustration for his first batch called "La Simone", an old fashioned french name for a Belgium tasting beer.. yeah you know how the franchies are it's alway about france...at least at first sight. So here's what we came up with :

Drinking beer is unconsciously and deeply seen as a typical Man behaviour. Men drink beers that are made and designed for them. It's a "thing" they do together, a thing they usually don't share with their wives and a short escape from everyday's life.

If you combine all that, we're not so far from an intimate and secret flirt in a bar in the 20's Paris. La Simone would be there to seduce you and keep you for a short moment out of the real world and its worries while enjoying her flavours and freshness but "Shhhht... This stays between us!".

Soon after that he came up with 5 other beers and five other names from, yes you guessed it, five other countries and cultures.
